Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Flyte and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Flyte LLC. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other company or social media platform.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating in this giveaway, the entrant agrees to abide by Flyte’s Official Rules and decisions. Flyte reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion.

4. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on July 3rd 2024 at 00:00 EST and ends on July 12th 2024 at 3:00pm EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants can enter the giveaway by submitting their email address through the entry form provided. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

The winner will receive 1 Flyte Light Retail Value $329. The prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Flyte's discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on July 12 at 3:00pm, and the winner will be notified via email within five days following selection. Flyte is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Terms & Conditions

Flyte reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug, or other causes beyond Flyte’s control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Flyte and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway or possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
